He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the International Islamic University Islamabad, specializing in anti-terrorism jurisprudence, and has contributed scholarly work to reputed legal journals. Since joining the Public Prosecution Department in 2009, he has served in various key roles across Punjab and currently heads the Legal as well as the Research and Analysis Sections. As a Master Trainer and visiting lecturer, he has played a pivotal role in capacity-building of prosecutors through CPD, MPDD, and university-level instruction.
